A fit-out, a rewire, new distribution, additional circuits for equipment you are bringing in. Scoped, done, tested and certified.
Maintenance
An ongoing arrangement
Somebody who already knows your building, on the end of a phone when something goes down. We take on maintenance contracts as well as one-off projects.
We work around your trading hours
Nobody wants an electrician isolating a board mid-service. We are flexible about when work happens — evenings, weekends, overnight, whatever keeps your doors open.
Work is charged by the hour, with a rough estimate before we start, and there is no separate call-out fee on top of that rate.
Tested, certified, and documented for whoever asks to see it.
NICEIC approved and fully insured. Fixed wire testing and periodic inspection too, if that is what the building needs.
What commercial work involves
Commercial installations differ from domestic ones less in the wiring than in the consequences: work has to fit around trading, and a fault takes a business offline rather than a room.
Larger premises are commonly supplied three-phase, with distribution boards feeding sub-circuits for power, lighting, and fixed plant. The design work is in load balancing and discrimination — making sure a fault on one circuit clears at its own protective device rather than tripping the whole board.
Inspection intervals are shorter than domestic. Offices and shops are typically inspected every five years, industrial premises every three, and some environments more often again depending on use.
Scheduling is usually the constraint rather than the work. Isolating a circuit in a shop means agreeing when, and that tends to mean early, late or closed days.

Can you work around our trading hours?
Yes. Evenings, weekends and overnight are all workable, and for a lot of premises they are the only sensible option. Tell us the hours you can give us and we will work to them.
Do you take on maintenance contracts?
Yes, as well as one-off projects. The advantage of an ongoing arrangement is somebody who already knows the building being on the end of the phone when something goes down.
Do you do three-phase work?
Yes. Anything with catering equipment, machinery or serious refrigeration is likely to be on three-phase, and it is a different job from a domestic board.
Can you provide fixed wire testing?
Yes. Periodic inspection of the fixed installation, coded and certified, is work we take on — it is usually an insurer or a landlord doing the asking.
