London wiring, and why it fails
London has more variety of electrical installation than anywhere else in the country, because it has more variety of building. A 2019 flat, a 1890s terrace and a 1960s tower are all normal here, and each fails in its own way.
That variety is the argument for using somebody who works across the whole of it rather than one postcode. A firm that only ever sees new build does not recognise what an old rubber-sheathed circuit looks like when it starts to go, and a firm that only ever sees Victorian terraces is not much use inside a modern riser.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
